Listening stories that grow imagination
When a child listens to a story, they draw the pictures in their own head. Audio stories naturally develop imagination, vocabulary and the ability to concentrate – and the eyes get a rest from the screen.
Every audio story is narrated with care for young listeners and accompanied by original music, and many of them include songs that children quickly remember.
When an audio story works best
In the evening before sleep, when you want to dim the lights. On a long car journey, when time drags. While drawing, building with bricks or during a quiet moment in the day.
The player remembers where you stopped, and the sleep timer switches the story off on its own in the evening.
Original stories you will not find anywhere else
These are not the familiar folk tales but original stories from our own story worlds – from the Valley of Dreams with Brumko the bear to Wheelville with Šarkan the little racing car.
Most recordings are in Slovak, some are also in Czech and English, and the text of every story is available in English, so listening can be combined with reading together.
